Описание вакансии
• Developing partnership integrations and special projects
• Improving clients' user experience to grow conversions at all stages
• Creating products that would spread the word about Compensair
• Improving the quality and usefulness of existing front-facing products
What will you do:• Write code (Javascript, PHP, HTML, CSS, other tools of your choice)
• Create designs and necessary visuals (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, other tools of your choice)
• Write persuasive Russian and English texts for external communication
• Analyse conversions (Google Analytics, Excel, VBA, internal operational analytics, other tools of your choice)
• Communicate with the team to determine the needs of clients and partners
• Come up with efficient schemes for data storage and movement
Who are we looking for:• At least 1-2 years of work experience in analytics, software development or design (if you are only familiar with 1 of 3 fields, we will teach you the other 2)
• Analytical mindset, focus on measuring and improving specific metrics;
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Personal responsibility for the product, ability to deliver results, openness to feedback
Conditions• Office near the Gorky Park and Oktyabrskaya/Shabolovskaya metro stations
• Full-time, result-oriented approach to schedule
• 50-70k RUB salary depending on the result of the interview
