The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that there will be daily I-95 lane closures northbound and southbound between the Rt 273 Interchange and Chapman Road Bridge for demolition of the existing Chapman Road Bridge.
Northbound I-96 lane closures will be daily from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm and Southbound I-95 lane closures will be daily from 7:00 am – 3:00 pm.
This work is expected to continue through March and may extend into April. Furthermore, additional nighttime lane closures are expected for this project, and will be announced when scheduled.
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution moving through the area.
