Another Track Day???;;

so here i am at another track day;;,,,…… and am i here to make up the numbers ,,. pootle around and wear out a set of tyres…??.; no;; not at all – i’m here cos i got 3 more races left,, and i need to know the circuits;;;,, cadwell, oulton;;; 2 riders tracks where you really need to know what you’re doing;;..

derek redmond rung me up and invited me down with his boys;;;,, he’s funny as fuck and good to hang out with;; and i consider him a real friend now;;; class act and good vibes;;…and how lucky were we to have glen richards here, what a massive opportunity,;;!! so I tagged on the back of him,, and obviously he was riding at a pace that suited me;; but you know, he towed me along,, and that’s what a lot of these guys are like, they’re generous of spirit and they get a good take on where you are riding wise and give you good feedback;;; he had some positive things to say,, and some bits I need to work on,,….

so yeah the last 2 days were really about finding my way round,, knowing where I need to be on the circuit..,;; it’s a ballsy,, ballsy track;;, anyone who’s been here will tell you that,, with the undulations you’ve got to be on the gas,,,, you get the wheels comin’ up the air,, you know,, it’s really physical;;;/

so you know it was invaluable practice for the hottrax ,, and i make no bones about that,, cos that’s what im here to do,,,…. to practice.
