JOHNSTOWN – A Patton man is facing charges, accused of sexually assaulting an autistic boy at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center.

Johnstown police Eric Frick, 31, of the 400 block of Cypress Avenue, is charged with individual assault/forcible compulsion and indecent assault as a result of the incident in late May.

Police said they responded to a reported sexual assault on the seventh floor of the Good Samaritan Building.

Officers said the victim was in Conemaugh for a reassessment of his dosage of medication. Officials said Frick also was a patient there.

The boy told police he was in the lounge when Frick sexually assaulted him.

Frick, who has prior criminal history, is in the Cambria County Prison after failing to post 10 percent of $10,000 bond.
