Overloaded tower?

Your info shows you are on band 5 with 5 MHz bandwidth. 5 MHz bandwidth can get congested easily in populated areas.

Does the Mofi4500 have the ability to select bands? You might be able to get the cell site to put you on a different band by moving the unit to a different location - upstairs/downstairs, East side/West side, etc.

Their band allocation stinks. They could tell if a band is congested if they bothered to look or put it in the algorithm.

AT&T still has the attitude of, "We don't care. We don't have to. We're the phone company."
