Voters approved Question 4 — Legalize Marijuana — in Massachusetts on Tuesday. The initiative calls for legalizing marijuana while regulating it in a manner similar to alcoholic beverages. A commission will be created to regulate marijuana in the state. Marijuana is currently permitted only for medical use.
