Talent Specialist relocation to Cyprus

We are looking for smart, self-motivated, experienced Talent Specialist to help us continuously build out our development teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and present solid candidates to internal customers
• Maintain candidates within our database
• Help with onboarding process for new employees
• Actively participate in hiring process improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT Recruiting
• Strong experience sourcing candidates through various platforms
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Russian language - native speaker
• Experience in international recruitment
