MEMPHIS, TN (WMC) - Controversial radio talk show host Thaddeus Matthews was arrested Friday afternoon.

Memphis Police said he was arrested at his radio station on an active arrest warrant for harassment.

According to the affidavit, the victim told police Matthews made threats to do bodily harm to the victim on his television show as well as on Matthews' Facebook page. The victim also said Matthews followed him, gave him threatening looks, and took photos of him with a cellphone.

The affidavit said Matthews posted nude, uncensored photos of the victim on Matthews' blog spot page and censored photos of the victim on Matthews' Facebook page and television show.

The victim said Matthews also gave out the victim's personal cell phone number and asked for viewers to call the victim. The victim said he received several unwanted sexual advances by text messages from unknown people after Matthews gave his cell phone out.

Matthews is no stranger to trouble.

In September 2015, Matthews got into an altercation with a man in a bar that left the talk show host unconscious.

A man nicknamed Ian Jeffries asked to be on the show, according to Matthews. After being told 'no', Matthews said Jeffries knocked him to the ground and began kicking him.

In 2014, a pastor filed a defamation lawsuit against Matthews claiming that the talk show host made false statements about him that included sex and corruption.
