IFW371 – Ambra vs Chiara Test of Strength

Biceps against
Ambra and Chiara face off in a series of tests of strength in order to decide whose arms are stronger. After warming up and showing off their biceps facing each other in a passionate staredown, the challenge begins.

Tests of strength
First, is a bicep curls endurance test, with their right arm. Then, they must hold the weight straight with their extended arm: the first lowering her arm loses.
Then, it’s a push ups challenge, at the same time.

Arm wrestling grand finale
Seated at the table, an arm wrestling challenge begins giving one point for each round. The loser is forced to admit she is much weaker, just to make things clear.
