MR. JACK BLACK
a great big thank you to you sir for this thread, i currently have a ebony wood lambfoot with a new rosewood in transit from sheffield to vacaville california. i have been using this knife for a short time but have only positive things to say. I have really taken a liking to the heft and length, blade shape and steel this knife has to offer. A.Wright and sons is the maker.
See what you started my friend. hats off to you sir

Indeed, this is a very informative thread! Under the influence of the Guardians, I now have a nice rosewood two blade Wright's Lambfoot. Very nice indeed! I am very impressed by the fit and finish, as well as the authoritative walk and talk. A right handful, with the addition of the second blade, but in a good way--more comfortable for longer sessions of use. I am looking forward to many years of service from this one.
