I've received word a couple days ago that due to their close working relationship with the FBI,  the National Association for Equal Justice in America (NAEJA) has been contacted and assigned an agent to investigate TI claims. 

Harden Walker, an activist with NAEJA will be working with the agent on this case in determining first of all what has been happening with the cases the FBI has on file concerning TI complaints. 

Then the investigation into our claims will move forward. If you have filed a report with the FBI wherever you may reside across the country, please send us the following information:

-- City and state where filed

-- Case number, if available

-- Your email address &

-- Phone number

Harden is currently in the process of developing a group survey so that the agent can tell at a glance where people have filed and perhaps where the concentration of TI cases are located.
