Plaintiff Cynthia M. Fullwood sues Defendants Wolfgang's Steakhouse, Inc. ("Wolfgang's") and ZMF Restaurants LLC. Plaintiff alleges that Defendants willfully violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003 ("FACTA"), Pub. L. 108-159, 117 Stat. 1952, by printing credit card receipts that included the expiration date of customers' cards. Defendants move to dismiss the case in its entirety...
