Yahoo Denied Atty Fees After Beating Patent Suit
A Texas federal judge on Friday ruled that Bedrock Computer Technologies LLC won't have to pick up Yahoo Inc.'s legal fees following the Web giant's win in an infringement lawsuit over a patent covering Linux data storage, saying the patent-holding company's complaint wasn't baseless.
