COHEN, J.

Wendy Betts appeals the trial court's order denying her renewed motion for the appointment of an arbitrator capable of fulfilling this court's mandate as part of her plenary appeal of the lawsuit's voluntary dismissal with prejudice. We reverse and remand for further proceedings in order to enforce this court's mandate.
