Many people have been harassed or assaulted at OSCON and other O'Reilly organized conferences, and I want it to stop.

I ask OSCON and O'Reilly to adopt an actionable, specific policy describing their expectations for a safe, harassment-free conference, including instructions for speakers, attendees, and staff on how to respond to incidents of harassment.
