Pictures of the day: 1 November 2011

Today: An acrobatic eagle, quirky squirrels, and a spoof royal wedding.

A grey squirrel appears to be playing a piano in this photo taken by retired postwoman Kathy Pruyn in her garden in Tampa, Florida, America. Kathy sets up various scenes by strategically placing peanuts and peanut butter among toys. She says: 'Sometimes getting the picture I want can take a few minutes and other times it can take almost all day.'
