Maroon 5 singer and Voice judge Adam Levine brought his charm, dance moves and abs to Saturday Night Live this week, acting as host for the first time.

In addition to one sketch that featured a dance-off between Levine, Pat Monahan from Train, Jason Mraz and John Mayer (all portrayed by SNL cast members), the episode also managed to poke fun at The Carrie Diaries, Catfish and Vice President Joe Biden. Oh, and there was a new digital short courtesy of Andy Samberg. Check out some of the highlights below.

Levine's opening monologue featured guest appearances by Andy Samberg, Cameron Diaz and Jerry Seinfeld, parodying The Voice in judging Levine's skills as a comedian. In the end, they convinced Levine that the best thing for him to do would be to remove his shirt. They weren't wrong:

Perhaps the best sketch of the night was the Carrie Diaries spoof The Sopranos Diaries, which featured "Anthony" Soprano & Co. as teenagers in the 1980s. "They're dealing with high school, just like everybody else."

Andy Samberg and his Lonely Island cohorts also returned for a "YOLO" digital short, where Levine got to show off his singing chops:

The show also spoofed MTV's Catfish and, miraculously, managed to do so without a single mention of Manti Te'o. Here, Levine portrayed the show's host (and star of the documentary on which it's based) Nev. That's Nev, in case you didn't catch it the first 10 times.

What did you think of Levine as host? What was your favorite sketch?
