PLAINFIELD — A local man in a motorized wheelchair suffered minor injuries when he was hit by a car that kept on going after the collision on Norwich Road Saturday afternoon, police said.
Todd Butler, 55, of Tarbox Ext., was operating his wheelchair south on Norwich Road when he was hit by a white Ford Mustang, suffering minor injuries to his left arm, police said.
The driver of the Mustang continued south on Norwich Road, police said.
Butler was taken to William Backus Emergency Room in Plainfield for treatment, police said.
