The above Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case was filed on July 9, 2013. It was dismissed with prejudice on January 14, 2014. Dismissal followed a two day evidentiary hearing brought on by the Motion ("Dismissal Motion") of creditor Angel E. Rodriquez Miranda ("Rodriquez").
