This matter comes before the Court on appeal by an ad hoc group of certain holders of subordinated debentures issued by Spansion LLC (the "Convert Committee") from a decision by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Presently before the Court is the motion to dismiss the appeal filed by Appellees1 on the grounds of equitable mootness....
