Bondex International, Inc. and Simpson Timber Company appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Clay County entered in favor of Lois, Robin, and Wende Wagner, the wrongful death beneficiaries of Robert Wagner, in the amount $4.5 million. Lois, Robin, and Wende Wagner cross-appeal that same judgment being reduced by $900,000.00 pursuant to § 537.060.1 For the following reasons, the judgment is affirmed...
