This matter is before the Court on the Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. The Debtor, PJM Enterprises of Marion, Inc., filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on June 26, 2008. The case was converted to one under Chapter 7 on February 20, 2009. On June 28, 2010, the Plaintiff, who is the Chapter 7 Trustee for the Debtor, filed a complaint to avoid $8,158...
