Since the ousting of Egypt's President Mohamed Morsi on 3 July, more than 200 supporters have died in violent clashes in Cairo. The Guardian spent a week with members and followers of the Muslim Brotherhood who have camped out for a month in Rabaa al-Adawiya in protest at Morsi's removal. We hear from followers who have documented the killing of unarmed protesters and claims of police torture, and medical volunteers who treat victims of the street clashes
