Plaintiff Jerry D. Vanwagoner ("plaintiff" or "class representative") moves without opposition for final approval of class action settlement and for attorney's fees and costs. (ECF Nos. 30, 31.) The court held a hearing on the matter on October 24, 2014, at which Michael Carver appeared for plaintiff and Gregory Iskander appeared for defendant.
