The Debtor in this case, David Kircher, commenced this case by filing a voluntary bankruptcy petition under Chapter 11 on February 8, 2012. On March 7, 2012, on motion of the Debtor, the Court ordered the appointment of a Chapter 11 Trustee, (Docket # 34), and Douglas Ellmann was so appointed on March 19, 2012 (Docket # 41).
