Orlando police have identified a 20-year-old suspected of shooting and injuring a deaf man in Parramore last month.Keith James is wanted for attempted murder in connection with the Nov. 9 shooting.According to police, officers found David Hayden, 25, who is deaf and cannot speak, lying next to his porch on Randall Street, bleeding from the gunshot wound.Investigators said James was riding his bike past Hayden's home when he opened fire, shooting Hayden on the right side of his body.
