The Ad Hoc Consortium of Senior Subordinated Noteholders1 appeals from the denial of a motion for reimbursement of $2,320,172 in fees and expenses, as a substantial contribution to the debtors' estate, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(3)(D). For the reasons that follow, we will affirm.
