Donors have upped the reward to $10,000 to capture the man who molested a developmentally disabled worker at a Denver ARC Thrift Store last week.

The employee, who is in her 20s and has Down syndrome, was hanging clothes when the suspect grabbed her inappropriately. Another employee intervened and the groper fled the store, 1515 S. Broadway.

The suspect is described as white, in his 30s or 40s, about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black baseball cap, white shorts, a black T-shirt and half-calf sports socks.

Metro Denver Crime Stoppers offered and initial $2,000 reward, but today Arc Thrift Stores, Mile High Down Syndrome Association and an anonymous donor added another $8,000 to anyone who has information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
