Operation Manager - $3000 - $3500 Kaki Bukit

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operational and
personnel policies and procedures.
- Able to manage a team of people
- Training new team members and to
guide new joiners on procedures
- Resolve complaints/feedback from
customer and escalate it to the various
levels
- Providing strong leadership to the
employees at the plant, ensuring high
morale, team work and good employee
relations at all levels;
- Incorporate process changes in
response to evolving business needs
- Providing daily operations to the
company
- Good time management skills,
organizational skills, communication
skills, analytical skills and computer
proficiency
- To align individual & team
achievements with leader's goals and
company's missions
- To have consistent, positive,
open-minded, meticulous, problem-solving
attitude
- To maintain utmost integrity in
workplace and society
- To maintain good positive working
relationships with all colleagues and
counterparties

Understanding admin's daily live
checklist is updated and making sure
everyone knows their work
- Hosting
meeting with each individual department
each day to identify problem, solving it
and also thinking of ways to improve
that department
- Issue
warning letters to cleaners, admin or
technician who doesnt do a good job or
comply to the company rules
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): operation production
management, human resorces, business
developement, Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience
in the related field is required for this
position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in
Kaki Bukit Ave 1.
- Preferably Managers specializing in
Corporate Strategy/Top Management,
Marketing/Business Development or
equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
