Biggest Rip off in town, they say no deposit yet turn around and charge a deposit, then they bring a bin you didn't want saying the one we ordered was a 15 yard and they didn't have any 15 yard bins free so they brought a 22 yard bin , with again more charges. When it was time for them to pick up the bin it took us around 10 calls to get them back to pick up the bin they had every excuse, such as they were out of town or they were busy or truck problems we even had their bin sitting here when I told them to pick it up because we were having a celebration of life for my dad who passed away still no one showed and everyone had to look at a disposal bin during the service,. When they finally showed up they again had every excuse on top of all this they refuse to give receipts for the rental, the deposit and the dumping charges even though they promised to email them to us, and continuing charging monies a month after the bin was picked up,,,, poor customer service and poor business ethics, scammers through and through!!!!

Very disappointing and frustrating experience for this bin rental.

Asked for 10 yard bin and was told they only had 15 available but would drop at no charge extra. They then dropped a 20 yard bin, charging me fully for the 20 yard bin.

Damaged my driveway by dragging bin off of it.

Was told actual charges would apply on weight but appeared as an inflated amount on the bill according to city dumping fee rates. Asked for weigh scale ticket (never received) and expressed my concerns for extra charges by Payless Disposal including a surprise surcharge for filling the bin over 80%, it sounds like a joke but seriously they did. Contacted company without response, was then sent to collection when I would not pay balance (they still had my $275 deposit), I refused to pay balance until they gave me a bill that was agree to, 10 yard bin, no surcharges, actual weight dump charges; as originally agreed. No response from company. I have since paid in full the bill ( which IMO was inflated due to above noted issues + deposit already surrendered as) as to not damage my perfect credit rating. I always pay my bill but this was different. Insult to injury.

Bill was double IMO as to what would be considered reasonable. Should have been about $600 if billed as agreed, which I would have happily paid. Lesson learned - get written quote or pay the price (double in this case IMO).

I regret using Payless Disposal and will not recommend their services.

Definately not a professional service! I called them by mistake and they said "Yeah, We remember you." I told them about the narrow back gate "They" used before and that I needed the dumpster inside my back gate. The guy said "no problem, we got it in there before we can do it again." When he showed up I didn't recognize the guy and he said he could not get in with the dumpster. I told him the company got it in there the last time. He said we were never here before. I said that he had confirmed me as a previous customer on the phone. He told me that he would not argue with a customer. I told him I did not want the bin because it wouldnt fit in my back yard. He wanted me to pay a $100.00 cancellation fee, which I managed to get reduced to $50 eventhough I was not informed of a cancellation fee to begin with. He then tried to make other deals with me in order to gain the service but I called another company instead.

Will not be calling this company again.

All I wanted was an honest job like I had previously from other operators - thought I'd give these guys a try. Big mistake. They'll spend more time telling you what they shook you down for than giving you honest service. There are far better choices. They were easily double than anywhere else. Stay clear!

They'll bring your bin quick enough but want CASH payment before they leave. After they have collected your $300 that they try to tell you is such a great deal (This is wayyy overpriced, there are much better deals that this, I PROMISE you.

The guy showed up in a beat up old truck that hardly looked road worthy with a beat up bin that didn't look like it would hold anything.

We booked the bin for the long weekend and texted Denver with my address to tell him it was ready for pick up first thing Tuesday morning (as he requested). After seeing no one we texted him again on Thursday and he had to ask our address again. After providing our address he then put us on IGNORE again and didn't not respond to two more texts requesting an eta on the bin pick up. My hubby and I both tried to call from our cell phones but couldn't get ANYONE to answer.

Finally Friday after blocking my phone number from displaying, Denver finally answered the phone. When I ask him why he's not responding to my requests and when exactly he's going to pick up his bin I get a long winded story about the rain and now he's off work for two days and now the bin cannot be picked up until Sunday. (Almost a week late to be picked up. Great lawn killer too.)

I admit I gave him a hard time for not answering our texts or phone calls and not providing the service he said he was going to but to hang up on a customer is just not acceptable. He got my money and doesn't care about anything after that.

DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ALL YOUR CASH OR YOU WILL NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU NEED.

used Payless once and will never use them again. Delivery truck was barely running and mirrors couldn't see past the bin which might be why he ran over a bush and hit the trees. Cost was double what was estimate. Totally unprofessional.
