This adversary proceeding is before the court upon the "MOTION TO ALTER OR AMEND JUDGMENT UNDER BANKRUPTCY RULE 9023 AND/OR FOR RECONSIDERATION UNDER BANKRUPTCY RULE 9024" FILED BY THE DEFENDANT (Dkt. #53) (hereinafter "the Motion") and the opposition filed by the debtor (Dkt. #54).
