Sri Lankan police say they have arrested an Australian man who is alleged to have raped a mentally disabled girl in the country three years ago.
Police say they arrested the 56-year-old Victorian man when he returned to Sri Lanka in recent days.
The man is alleged to have raped the 17-year-old girl in 2010 and then fled the country.
