Introduction

The Trustee filed suit against the Debtor's principal (Kauffman) to avoid and recover certain prepetition transfers. The Trustee now seeks to amend the complaint to add more transfers. Kauffman objects on various grounds, primarily untimeliness. A hearing on the matter was held June 23, 2011. The Court then took the matter under advisement. For the reasons
