Plaintiff Erik Knutson ("Knutson") appeals the district court's order dismissing his putative class action and granting Defendant Sirius XM Radio Inc.'s ("Sirius XM") motion to compel arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act ("FAA").
