Man accused of taking financial advantage of disabled teen

A preliminary hearing for a Pittsburgh man accused of persuading a disabled teen to give him $200 from her bank account for drugs was postponed Thursday.

Mt. Lebanon Police said that on March 17, Jeremy John Klein, 19, met a 16-year-old girl with a developmental disability at South Hills Village mall.

Police said he drove the girl around and took advantage of her condition before dropping her off at her home in Mt. Lebanon. Police Lt. Aaron Lauth said officers did not find any drugs in the girl's possession.

Klein was charged with corruption of minors March 18. Court staff said a new hearing date had not been posted.
