Keitha Durham, individually, and as Executrix of the Estate of O. David Durham (David), appeals the orders of the Jefferson Circuit Court which granted summary judgment and partial summary judgment to Ford Motor Company. Ford has filed a cross-appeal with respect to the order of partial summary judgment. After our review, we affirm as to both the appeal and the cross-appeal.
