Petitioner National City Bank appeals the circuit court's entry of judgment for Respondents Landau Building Company ("Landau") and Laurita Excavating, Inc. ("Laurita") against petitioner's lendee, Augusta Apartments, LLC ("Augusta"), following a bench trial in this mechanic's lien suit.
