Haiti - Elections : Michel Martelly refuses to participate in the recount

The presidential candidate Michel Martelly, excluded Friday to take part in the operations of recount of the votes.
"We have a big problem with the recount of votes, because no fewer than 3,000 minutes were fraudulently added. They should not have been counted", said Martelly "This was done on instructions from President Preval in order that Mr. Célestin wins. he tries to install his man at the helm of power". Adding that before this situation "I do not want to be part of that [...] They organized fraud and I am sure they are ready to all to stay in power. It's a trap"
