This action is another in the series of cases arising out of the collapse of the market for mortgage backed securities ("MBS"). In this case, the plaintiffs are purchasers of Bank of America ("BoA") stock. BoA and its subsidiaries sold a substantial amount of MBS to American International Group, Inc. ("AIG"). BoA made extensive public disclosures about the amount of MBS that it and its subsidiaries...
