1. Strike Counts I, II, and III of ATP Oil & Gas Corporation's Counterclaim as redundant pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. 12(f). 2. Dismiss Count IV of ATP's Counterclaim for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6).
