John Truckle, aged 36, undergoes an emergency procedure at the Bristol Heart Institute after a heart attack.

He is given a primary angioplasty - a procedure to unblock an artery carrying blood to the heart, which takes place under local anaesthetic.

The government wants all heart attack patients to be offered the treatment within three years.
