I've been wanting to get another RotV-styled Master Set for a while now. But seeing as how the newer 2 seem more like themed sets which is still good, but now I want to get a Custom Master Set made and what better way than to make the project a community project

Voting notes:

Valkyrie Generals have a vote of 2 for all of the custom designing, playtesting, administration, and art roles except flameslayer93 who does not vote in the art and administrative direction unless no other Valkyrie Generals have voted and a tie is in progress when the deadline for voting hits. Warmongers and Surgeons have a vote of 1 for all matters except art where the Surgeon does not vote on their own card. The Advisor is a temporary title randomly given out each time an administrative ruling is in order and their vote will be worth 2. A Valkyrie General is never allowed to be an Advisor. Backbones are normally Surgeons or Warmongers who a Valkyrie General trusts with their voting power of 2 when they are unable to connect to the internet, moving, etc.

Becoming a Valkyrie General:
No we don't drink from wellsprings, but we must be voted in after 2 nominations(flameslayer93 does not get marked for this as I put down most of my heavy voting power and created the thread) have been made towards the same person in a row or 4 nominations spread out. Time to bust out those ninjas. Also I wouldn't post nominations until at least 2 people per possible and current Valkyrie Generals are Warmongers or Surgeons. Also, there may only be 5 Valkyrie Generals at a time though some changes could be made to include another(a la Aquilla& Valkrill). You will be notified of the guidelines if you do become a Valkyrie General.

Becoming a Warmonger:
State that you want to be Warmonger and post a vote immediately if there is a process going on. If you actually want to join in on the process, you'll have at least clue what's happening

Becoming a Surgeon:
As the Surgeons actually do the art and card-making process, these individuals are voted on similarly to Valkyrie Generals except the limiting rule and the current Warmonger rule.

Staying "up to date":
Literally maybe a post or 2 a week will mean your still active. Even with heavy descisions going on. Most deadlines for votes will end after a week or 2.

There can be both common and unique, but that would be an administrtive matter. Something I cannot vote on unless there is a tie in progress.

That'll be the first issue once we have at least 3 Warmongers.

To participate in the custom-makin, do we have to actually make the card and post it, or is making a list of powers, stats, etc acceptable? Because I am interested in custom-making, but my current program sucks, and doesn't have Valkrill or even Aquilla.

You are now a Warmonger Shockma. When we get to the actual custom making, posting stats or a card is fine by me. Besides, we'll hopefully get Surgeons to make the final cards.

Sounds interesting. I'd like to be involved, but I don't think I have the time to devote to it. If it's OK, I'll try to keep up with the thread and chime in with comments and suggestions.

Just curious, do you plan to standardize the minis for the figures created? Will you have a playtesting requirement for the figures?

It'll only require a little bit of time so I'd like you to join in mac. Anyways you'll be Warmonger for now.

To answer your question, I'm thinking that using minis for this might be a pain but I'd like to keep out any single-fig squads. I do think that using already made HS figs like the Blades should be allowed albeit repainted and/or squad size changed though but that'll probably be a discussion. Playtesting should have requirements, but seeing as how I probably wouldn't follow my own rules for it, I'll let you guys decide it.

Between the Gret Big Inspiration Thread, the Valhalla Games, and the Custom Master Set Project... Your signature is going to run out of space pretty darn quick.

Go ahead, just be sure it is is a hero first as we're still going through the squads voting. BTW be sure to post your vote Shockma when you do make a nomination.

Side Notes:
Let's try to keep only one nomination in the rotation at a time so we don't get bogged down.

Before we get too heavily invested in using Valkrill units, lets wait to see what his theme is.

If you know where pics are for your nomination, that would help out a Surgeon quite a bit
