Focus Is a Free Ebook on Minimalism and Killing Distractions

Minimalism isn't the end-all-be-all of productivity, but many of us could use some help, or just inspiration, in ignoring the unnecessary. Leo Babauta, author of the Zen Habits blog, offers a free ebook that provides a pared-down perspective.

Babauta's Focus is available in two forms. One is a free and entirely unrestricted PDF. The other is a Premium Version that includes much more material, including audio interviews with author Seth Godin, Getting Things Done leader David Allen, bonus chapters from other writers, and a lot of what seems like approachable advice on doing the things you instinctively want to do, but can't always convince yourself of.

It's worth at least a peek through the free version, to see what Babauta covers that you wouldn't mind a new frame of mind in. If you dig the work and want to support the effort, buy the Premium Version, and look for Kindle/iPad-friendly ePub versions to arrive soon.
