This matter is again before the court, this time on three separate appeals from the bankruptcy court. Appellant Pamela Liggett and Appellee Robert L. Schwartz obtained a divorce from Oakland County Circuit Court in 1999. Pursuant to the terms of that divorce, the state court ordered Schwartz to pay Liggett half of all of his IRAs and 401k plans.
