In this asbestos-related personal injury action, defendant and appellant Lone Star Industries, Inc. (Lone Star) appeals from the judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs and respondents Charles H. Cundiff (Cundiff) and his wife Glenda J. Cundiff (collectively "plaintiffs") after a jury returned a verdict in their favor on claims for strict liability based on design defect and failure to warn.
