ORDER AFFIRMING ORDERS OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT

Appellant Cheuk Tin Yan ("Cheuk Yan") appeals from the bankruptcy court's memorandum opinion and order on motion for order of contempt, entered August 5, 2013, and order denying Cheuk Yan's motion to amend findings, entered September 26, 2013.

For the reasons set forth below, the court AFFIRMS the orders of the bankruptcy court.
