Ali Alforookh manages and operates restaurants in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Missouri under franchise agreements with International House of Pancakes ("IHOP"). He created several companies to hold the IHOP franchises he acquired over the years, including A & F Enterprises, Inc. II. Alforookh and his companies (collectively "A & F") are currently in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Their primary assets are 17 separate IHOP franchise agreements...
