In this asbestos personal injury, defendant Goodrich Corporation ("Goodrich") moves pursuant to CPLR 3212 for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all other claims asserted against it on the ground that plaintiffs have not shown that Goodrich tiles were a cause of plaintiff John Murray's asbestos exposure. For the reasons set forth below, Goodrich's motion is denied.
