Dennis is one of the strongest, most important voices in the Congress, and I will do whatever I can to ensure that he’s re-elected” - Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Friends, this is it. In barely over 12 hours, the polls open in Ohio's 9th Congressional District, and the people of Cleveland, Toledo and in between will decide whether we keep the most important progressive voice in Congress, or if he'll be replaced by yet another go-along-to-get-along member of Congress. Dennis needs your help right now.
"We can't afford to lose Dennis because he is the voice of Main Street Americans and Progressive politics. He has always stood up for middle class Americans and for those who are struggling to reach their dreams against the efforts by corporate America to enrich itself at the expense of everyone else." - Russell Simmons
Tonight and tomorrow, we have to get out the vote. Volunteers will be going door-to-door and lighting up the phones, online ads and drive-time radio will be reminding people to cast a ballot before the day ends, no stone will be left unturned as we fight to return Dennis Kucinich to Congress.
"Dennis Kucinich has been our nation’s most consistent voice for peace, economic and social justice." - Gore Vidal
Phones cost money, volunteers need water, radio isn't free. Please give whatever you can today to help us get out the vote tomorrow. Every dollar you can contribute will go directly to turning out voters in Ohio, and winning this primary.
"Let me tell you something. There is not one person in a hundred -- Democrat or Republican, liberal or conservative, male or female, white, black, red or brown -- who would have the courage to do what Dennis Kucinich did." - Alan Grayson
There is not one person in Congress who will be the voice for progressive values that Dennis Kucinich is. We need your help, and we need it right away. We are in a fight for the soul of the Democratic Party, and we can't afford to lose.
He is the rarest of all politicians: one whose success is not predicated on his skills as a salesman, but rather on his skills as a listener and a thinker." - Ani DiFranco
Please make a contribution to Dennis' get-out-the-vote effort, and let's make sure our values are represented in Washington.
