On the morning of Saturday 12th May 2012, I will gather in the Brecon Beacon’s National Park to take on one of the most exhilarating challenges of my life – ThunderWalk 2012.

This endurance challenge will see me tackle 54 miles of some of the best walking trails the UK has to offer – the challenge being to complete the route within 24 hours. Crossing the highest peaks in the Brecon Beacons and South Wales – Pen y Fan (886m), Corn Du (873m), Cribyn (795m) and Fan y Big (719m).

That is 2 marathons back to back in 24 hours over hills!  A lot different than once round the lake in Aldenham with Pepper and Milo.
